Summary
Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Ofsted-registered Children’s Home. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, meeting regulatory standards, and managing a skilled team to support children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the home in line with Ofsted and legislative requirements
Ensure high standards of safeguarding and care
Lead, support, and supervise care staff
Manage budgets, reports, and inspections
Work with external agencies and families to support young people’s development
Requirements (Essential):
Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within an Ofsted Children’s Home
Strong understanding of Of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
