Summary
PJHQ J3 is the (Operations) Division within the Permanent Joint HeadQuarters (PJHQ) located at the Northwood Headquarters.
The role is pivotal in providing specialised Information Technology (IT) technical support for bespoke systems and its’ Operators, maximising system availability.
The initial responsibilities of the role include:
To provide specialised Information Technology (IT) technical support to mix of bespoke systems and applications.
To provide Network technical support for Cisco and Juniper Network devices.
To be the lead providing technical support to MOD systems.
An initial training package will be conducted in the US; therefore, the successful applicant must meet the criteria for attaining a US Visa.
Opportunities will arise to liaise with UK/US Organisations and be a representative in the US at meetings.
