Olivers Bakery Shop is currently looking for a Shop Assistant / Early Morning Prep Cover to join our team based in Northampton.
The successful candidate will join us on a permanent basis working up to 30 hours per week.
About the Shop Assistant Role
OLIVERS is currently seeking an efficient and highly motivated individual to join the team at its store at Kingsley Park Terrace.
Key Responsibilities of our Shop Assistant will include:
Stock rotation;
EPOS till processing;
Retail customer service;
Visual Merchandising;
Pricing;
Baking Off;
Cleaning;
Cashing Up.
The role will also include Holiday / Sick cover for our early morning prep, this will be a 3.30 - 4.00 am start working until 10am.
This role includes, the making of fresh Rolls, Salads, Wraps, and Baking of our fresh baked goods for our Sandwich vans to take out with them.
What we’re looking for in our Shop Assistant
You will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, with good customer service and retail administration skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to meet targets. this position will include early starts and Saturday work on a rota basis.
