What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving sales through outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Building long-term relationships that secure repeat business
- Spotting opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across the product range
- Managing your pipeline and turning enquiries into confirmed hires
- Keeping customer and sales data accurate in CRM systems
- Hitting (and exceeding!) your targets and KPIs
- Delivering product knowledge and expert advice with confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven telesales or sales experience (plant/tool hire or construction equipment preferred)
- A confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills
- Someone who loves the buzz of outbound sales and closing deals
- Customer-focused, solution-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven role
- IT savvy – experience with CRM systems is a bonus
