Summary

Pay Rate: £25ph Ltd
Hours 37.5
Location: West Sussex
Duration: 3 months on going contract
Special Requirements:
Must be fully conversant in implementation of services onto a roster (Optima) without requirement for training on the system first.
Role Summary
This key role will support the Workforce Planning & Systems service within the Rostering Operations Team. Delivering exceptional customer service, the candidate will work primarily with the Trust’s Allocate eRostering solution, HealthRoster, alongside other associated Allocate e-rostering systems.
The candidate will be responsible for successfully implementing the full functionality of the Allocate Systems and supporting the development of e-rostering across the Trust. Working with the Rostering Operations Manager and key stakeholders, the Rostering Senior Specialist will lead on rostering performance improvements and the achievement of e- Rostering KPIs throughout the Trust.
As a systems expert the candidate will share their expertise and provide technical support and training to all Trust users of the Trust e-Rostering system to staff across all levels. The role will include:
Lead on specific projects to implement e-rostering improvements and developments across the Trust, and drive efficiency through rostering best practice in HealthRoster, communicating the associated benefits to Stakeholders
Lead on the development, organisation & delivery of e-Rostering training, including the progression into online packages
To assist with the provision of an effective, customer focused e-Rostering support service, ensuring data is kept up to date and that changes are completed in a timely manner.
To be an expert user in relation to the Allocate e-Rostering solution and provide support, advice and guidance to end users throughout the Trust.
Support delivery and contribute towards the Rostering Operations Team objectives, and support working towards the NHS People Plan and NHSi e-Rostering Levels of Attainment
