Summary
Join us as a Strategy & Innovation Manager
- We’re looking for a visionary Strategy and Innovation Manager to lead strategic design and implement transformative initiatives that redefine how we serve our customers and operate as a business.
- This is a high-impact role at the heart of strategic decision making, innovation delivery, and executive engagement
- You will be expected to be in the central London office 2 days per week
- We are looking to offer a salary in the region of £75,000 - £95,000
What you'll do
As a Strategy & Innovation Manager, you’ll be a catalyst for change driving strategic thinking, identifying disruptive opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll work across the full innovation lifecycle, from idea generation to execution, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
Additionally, you’ll be:
- Lead strategic projects and innovation initiatives from concept to delivery
- Develop long-term strategies aligned to business goals and market dynamics
- Build compelling commercial cases that balance customer experience with cost efficiency
- Identify and test breakthrough ideas that enhance customer and colleague experiences
- Influence executive decision-making through clear, data-driven insights
- Foster a culture of innovation and build internal capability across teams

You’ll also need:
- Proven experience in strategy development, product or change management
- Strong understanding of innovation in financial services
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to present complex information and ideas clearly to build understanding and support
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at senior levels
- Experience in customer-led design and agile deliver
- Exposure to scouting, partnerships, or start-up ecosystems is a plus
