Summary
Production manager required for bed upholstery factory, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality upholstered beds, headboards, and related furniture. This role involves managing production schedules, staff, equipment, and materials to meet quality standards, cost targets, and delivery deadlines. The Production Manager will drive process improvements, ensure compliance with UK safety
and quality regulations, and coordinate with suppliers. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with expertise in furniture manufacturing, upholstery techniques, and lean production principles.
Education to Bachelor’s degree level required.
Experience ideally in furniture and upholstery manufacturing, with supervisory role experience.
Knowledge of upholstery techniques. Leadership,
problem-solving and communication skills. All necessary training will be given.
