Summary
Provide reports as required for the units compliance with JETS workforce, competency completion and highlight any upcoming or potential gaps. To lead and deliver on the implementation of Endoscopic Non-Technical Skills training (ENTS) for the multidisciplinary team within Endoscopy. Ensure all staff are aware of written documentation requirements and action any recommendations of record keeping audits. Challenges practice and supports the Team Leaders to find solutions to problems using practical, personal and theoretical knowledge of facilitation and negotiation.
