WithYou are recruiting for an established Leadership and Management Development Specialist, to join our People, Inclusion and Organisational Development directorate. We're looking to hear from experienced, collaborative individuals, with a tangible passion for learning and development and the ability to ensure that our leaders and managers are confident and capable in their roles. You will be a key part of our Organisational Development senior leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and organisational direction. This is a new role for WithYou, working on a permanent, full time basis. You will work from home, with frequent national travel and overnight stays, as required. The salary for this position is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum subject to experience. WithYou is a drug, alcohol and mental health charity employing over 1,600 staff.
