Summary

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder with a passion for social media, design, and storytelling, someone who can help us take our design and digital presence to the next level. You’ll create and deliver content which connects with communities, local people, partners and colleagues across Lancashire and South Cumbria in fresh, exciting ways.

As the leading voice for mental health, learning disability and autism services in the region, the content you create for the Trust social media channels will be factual, inclusive and impactful.

When you’re not out and about in services or our local communities, you will be using Adobe software to its full potential, designing and editing incredible content for a variety of media.

What skills are we looking for?

- Social media expert – you know what works, where and for who. You keep on top of trends and can’t wait to get stuck in.
- Fluent in Adobe software – a confident and capable designer, you can take complex information and turn it into striking visual content adapting for multiple audiences.
- Great with a camera – whether it’s a phone or DSLR you know how to get the best shots for photography and video.
- Curious and proactive – you’ll bring a wealth of ideas to the table, exploring different ways to engage our audience on social media and spot opportunities to increase our impact and reach.
- A natural storyteller – finding the heart in every story we tell, you’re comfortable working with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, bringing their story to life.

Why join us?

We’re a hard-working, innovative and supportive team who are passionate about providing the best communications support to our local communities, partners and colleagues. We are collectively driven to combat stigma, provide factual and helpful information, reduce health inequalities and ultimately make a difference to the lives of the people living in Lancashire and South Cumbria.
