The Project Administrator Role
As Project Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of client projects from design through to installation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers with project requirements, documentation, and order processing
Maintain accurate project files
Support with site surveys, orders, and installation packs
Report and record any issues, ensuring prompt resolution and client sign-off
Coordinate snagging works and ensure timely completion
Liaise with Accounts regarding invoicing and payment queries
About You – Project Administrator
You’ll bring strong communication and organisational skills, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
Experience in a project or administrative role is desirable however not essential. We are keen to speak with anyone with experience in a fast paced environment looking to expand on their administration skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, particularly Excel.
