Summary
Repairs & Maintenance
Salary Grade 6 i.e. £33,699 - £36,363 per annum
Full Time, 37 hours per week and participation in the out of normal hour’s rota to cover emergency plumbing

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for YOU to become a key part of our busy and dedicated Heating Team!
Based within the Repairs and Maintenance Department at our friendly offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop, you will play a vital role in delivering heating installations and a range of plumbing, servicing, and repair work across our housing stock.
We're looking for a qualified expert with:
At least 5 years' experience in domestic plumbing and gas heating installations
A commitment to high standards, efficient performance, and tenant satisfaction
The ability to thrive in occupied premises, delivering respectful and professional service every time.
City & Guilds Craft and Advanced certificate in plumbing or similar i.e.
NVQ level 2 & 3 in plumbing.
Gas ACS, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, WAT1, HTR1, CPA1
Level 3 energy Efficiency Domestic Heating
City & Guilds Water Regulations
