The role

As a key member of our packing team, you'll be hands-on with biscuit packing equipment—operating, maintaining, and cleaning machinery to ensure smooth production. Quality is at the heart of everything we do, so attention to detail is essential.

Key accountabilities

• Performing process control checks
• Completing essential documentation
• Maintaining hygiene and housekeeping standards through ‘clean as you go’ practices
• Supporting a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations

Skills & experience

• Numeracy and literacy skills
• Flexibility and problem-solving ability
• Initiative and the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Experience operating equipment and completing process documentation
• An understanding of health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Previous experience in a production or process environment (desirable but not essential)
