Summary

• General small repairs (e.g. re-fixing door handles, door closers, loose hinges/items, replace slats in blinds, shower fixings and rails) • Building Fabric - External - damaged (gate, fence repair, patios)• Noticeboards/whiteboards - install • Minor tap repairs• Replacing light bulbs• Replace doors including adjustment to fire door openers• Toilet seat re fixing and replacement • Small scale movement of furniture and boxes c <20kg • Small scale furniture repairs (not upholstered fabric)• Loose carpet fixing/carpet tile replacing• Hanging and re fixing items to walls • Assembly of flat pack furniture• Installation of curtain poles and measuring of windows• General decoration (painting) (up to 4 hours per visit)• Ad hoc graffiti removal (internal)• Minor fabric repairs, walls, skirting boards, doors.• Minor drain blockages (excluding misuse of toilets) • Mastic joint re-sealing of sanitary units• Installation and repair of spy holes• Ad hoc replacement of damaged or faulty locks or associated, including installation of bolts, padlocks etc.• Ad hoc Digi lock code changes (security policy dictates regular changes
