About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will follow established processes to support the assembly and inspection of high-quality electronic products. Flexibility to work overtime during busy periods is essential to meet customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with assembly and inspection throughout the production cycle.

Follow detailed work instructions to meet production goals and quality standards.

Support electronics assembly quality checks.

Maintain accurate production documentation for traceability and compliance.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at zero defects and process excellence
What We're Looking For:

Strong hand soldering skills, meeting IPC Class 3 standards (IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-610, IPC-7711/7721).

Experience with box build or similar manufacturing processes.
