Working closely with individuals in need, your role as a Healthcare Assistant will offer a diverse range of responsibilities each day. If you are passionate about delivering top-quality care, then this role might be a perfect fit for you.
The key responsibilities include:
• Providing personal care duties

Recognizing that every member of our team has their own family to care for, our role offers the flexibility to accommodate your home life. You can choose between full-time or part-time work by informing us of your availability. While we strive to be flexible, we also require flexibility from our team members. We encourage alternating weekend shifts, and our shift patterns are 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00.
To ensure the well-being of our customers, it is crucial that we take care of our team. Therefore, we offer:

• Ongoing training and support
• Job satisfaction and opportunities for career progression

Availability is agreed with all staff prior to starting work with us. We operate a 2 week rota, Week 1 and Week 2, expecting weekend cover one weekend out of the two for full time workers.
All staff are allowed 28 days of paid holiday per year; this is granted based upon the ability of the service to cover calls during the proposed vacation time. The company always tries to fulfil vacation requests, however short notice requests can be difficult to grant, so we advise all staff to delay confirming any holiday bookings until time off has been approved.
