Summary
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Advisor to join us as we embark on an exciting growth and transformation journey.
While we offer hybrid working, we get together in our Glasgow office at least twice per week for team collaboration and to stay connected. This role also involves a 2 week training period where you'll be required to be in the office.
What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll respond to calls and emails from customers and our funeral director partners, providing empathetic support and showing you care about their needs. From day one, we'll teach you all about our products, processes and systems and you'll learn how respond to queries quickly and become better every day.
