Job Title: Administrative Support Worker
Role Type: Permanent (Max 2 Years)
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Minimum Hours Per Week - 5 hours per day (with potential to increase to 10 hours over 2 days)
Rate: up to £20.00 Per Hour

DYSPLA's ideal candidate will be based in Enfield and able to work in our local cosy office.
Key responsibilities will be to provide Administrative Support to assist our Director in promoting, marketing and pitching DYSPLA to stakeholders, partners, trusts, funders, curators, and galleries.
The desirable candidate will have experience in Supporting Neurodivergent people and providing admin support with applications to secure income/funding from trusts, foundations, and/or corporate partnerships. We are looking for someone who is a confident writer ideally with an arts administration background.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting our Director in Fund raising: Preparing, Writing and submitting funding applications and proposals as well as assisting in seeking out new funding streams. Experience with writing Arts Council England applications is also a bonus.
Pitching Ability: To assist to seek out and verbally pitch/present DYSPLA’s previous work/digital portfolio to new commissioners and curators and/or NPO’s.
Marketing Confident - with copy writing abilities: Assisting with Instagram posts as well as Newsletters and written posts on Linkedin and Substack.
Spreadsheet Savvy: To assist to build and maintain a database of professional contacts who would potentially engage and fund DYSPLA’s artistic content.
Administrative Tasks: Assist in dealing with day to day email correspondence in relation to the above duties and keeping records and databases up to date.
