Summary

As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping the day running smoothly, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day! You will report to the Regional Operations Manager, providing quality administrative support to the senior team. This is a great opportunity for exposure across the company, as well as meeting a lot of great people.

You’ll be based at a local hotel however you’ll also work from home at times as you will be collaborating remotely with our senior team.

If you’re our ideal Administrator you will:

  • Be yourself!
  • Have previous experience in an administrative role with great attention to detail, accuracy and excellent written communication skills
  • Provide monthly reports and analysis based on Payroll, KPI Results, Customer Stats
  • Produce monthly training stats on productivity
  • Prepare and produce monthly newsletter
  • Book travel and accommodation requests
  • Support with new hotel acquisitions and new openings
  • Enjoy being detail-oriented and using your own initiative
  • Be self-motivated and organised with ability to prioritise evolving deadlines and requirements, and comfortable managing multiple projects
  • Be confident and comfortable communicating with all levels of the business and be able to build a great rapport with the team around you
  • Have awareness of the importance of confidentiality and compliance, and adhere to this at all times
  • Bring your positive energy to work with you every day!
