What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping our equipment running at peak performance with proactive maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Leading changeovers, fault finding, and continuous improvement projects.
- Using CMMS to plan preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
- Driving safety, quality, and sustainability across the facility.
- Coaching and supporting teammates with your specialist skills.
What You Bring
- Engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).
- Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills (FMCG/food industry a big plus).
- A problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
