Summary
My client based in East London are looking for an IT Support Assistant on an intial 6 week contract
You will be working in a busy team of which you will be facilitating the effect use of the companies systems by providing guidance and support to users, with the use of digital platforms and infromation learning technologies. You will also be required to monitor and action service desk support requests and provide reports.
You will
-Monitor and respond effectively and quickly to requests recieved via the service desk
-Provide support for incoming issues and concerns related to software and systems
-Provide support in guiding staff in the use of a range of digital resources including VLE, MS teams, educational online and mobile apps
-Provide digital online training materials for college systems
With IT knoweldge and experience, you must have
-High level knowledge of VLE, Digital applications, online and mobile apps
-Evidence of using Edtech to support learning
-Support users through e-learning platforms
