Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join a forward-thinking school and inspire students to develop strong numeracy skills and a genuine love of mathematics. Beginning November 2025.
Duties as Maths Teacher:
Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge and motivate learners
Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations
Track and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and intervention where needed
Contribute to curriculum development, enrichment activities, and department planning
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and uphold school safeguarding policies
Ideal Maths Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent
Excellent subject knowledge and passion for Mathematics
Strong classroom management and communication skills as Maths Teacher.
Ability to inspire confidence and foster a positive learning environment
Commitment to continuous professional development
