Summary
Minor Works Manager needed in Southampton
The rate is £23.70ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5276047
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance, and improvement works across our estates. This is a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant environments for residents and staff.
They will manage a portfolio of minor works projects, with a strong focus on specifying, and delivering remedial works to address damp, mould, and condensation issues. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; CDM compliance, health and safety management, project programming, project finance, project delivery and scheduling of resources to suit the demand.
