About the Role

You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team providing tailored care to four individuals, each with their own unique strengths and complex needs. These may include visual and hearing impairments, learning disabilities, and reduced mobility. Each person lives in their own space within a purpose-built, accessible home designed to support independence and comfort. Our approach is deeply person-centred—we focus on what matters most to each individual, helping them achieve their goals and live life to the fullest.

>Encouraging and participating in meaningful activities like arts and crafts, music, swimming, outings, concerts, and sensory experiences.
>Collaborating with families, professionals, and your team to deliver compassionate, consistent care.
>Keeping accurate records and following personalised support plans.

Working Patterns

This is a 24-hour housing support service, so flexibility is key. Shifts are planned through a supportive rota and include:

>Early and late shifts
>Sleepovers and wakened night shifts
>Weekend and public holiday cover

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

>Make a real impact every day by supporting people to live rich, fulfilling lives.
>Enjoy variety—no two days are the same in this dynamic, people-focused environment.
>Be part of a team that values kindness, collaboration, and shared success.
>Grow your career with access to ongoing training, qualifications, and development opportunities.
>Join a mission—Sense Scotland is committed to amplifying the voices and rights of people with complex communication support needs.

The people we support want the best, expect the best, and deserve the best. Come and join our team—and live your best life while helping others live theirs.
