Summary
Play a key role in liaising with teams across the Trust who are working to support improvement, exploring new ways of working, and supporting colleagues to adapt in a fast-changing environment. Champion, inspire, and lead the development of a culture where improvement is a core component of every member of staffs daily routine. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders, across divisions and services. Take responsibility for the operational management of improvement projects with the nominated divisional leads. Contribute to the body of research in improvement science. Take responsibility for developing and implementing systems and processes for tracking organisation-wide QI work. Take responsibility for analysing, reporting, and supporting the performance of QI programmes across the organisation. Act as a leader, mentor, and coach to junior members of the QI team. Deputise for the Head of Improvement.
