Summary

A progressive and well-regarded law firm in Altrincham is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in either commercial law or conveyancing who is looking to develop their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

About the Role Working closely with experienced lawyers, you’ll provide key support across a busy caseload. Depending on your background, you’ll gain exposure to:

- Drafting, reviewing and formatting contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third-party professionals
- Conducting legal research and preparing client-facing documents
- File management and administrative support for fee earners
- Assisting with compliance, post-completion tasks, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in commercial or conveyancing law
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines
- Confident using legal technology and Microsoft Office
- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
