Summary
As a Homecare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Providing personal care (e.g., washing, dressing, toileting)
✅ Assisting with meal preparation and feeding if required
✅ Supporting with medication administration
✅ Helping with mobility and transfers
✅ Companionship and emotional support
✅ Household tasks such as cleaning and shopping
✅ Ensuring the safety and comfort of clients at all times
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Caring and empathetic nature
✔ Reliable and punctual
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Previous experience in care is beneficial – full training can also be provided
✔ A driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable
