We are currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time roles available as our team expands. Training is provided, so whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you every step of the way.
Pay and Benefits
£13.50 per hour
Effective hourly rate of £15.13 including holiday pay
Earn £20.25/hr on bank holidays (time and a half pay)
Guaranteed Hours
Full travel time paid (you’re paid for every second on the road)
35p per mile mileage reimbursement
Bonuses for performance and referrals
MOT paid for annually

Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Skills
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
