Summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a Credit Control Administrator to join our client in Walsall

The Best Connection is looking for a Credit Control Administrator to support our clients finance team with key tasks in a fast-paced environment. This will be a temp role for 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately code remittances by matching invoice numbers to accounts.
  • Save remittances under the correct value/account in the Credit Control WFH folder.
  • Chase missing remittances via standard customer emails and log updates for allocation.
  • Assist with new customer set-up processes.
  • Handle ad hoc requests such as issuing copy invoices, name changes, and statement requests.
  • Maintain same-day remittance processing to support cash posting the following morning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Ideally some credit control or finance admin experience (though not essential)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A proactive approach to following up with customers.
