Summary
Rental Manager required, in Burton:
- Basic: Up to £32,000
- OTE: £36,200
- Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30
- 40 hours per week
- Company Car Included
We’re looking for a Rental Manager to take ownership of operations, drive profitability, and deliver outstanding service. This role would suit someone with a background in vehicle rental, fleet management, or automotive who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys building strong relationships.

What you’ll be doing as a Rental Manager?:
- Overseeing the daily rental operation, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Attending local and industry events to promote the business and generate opportunities
- Managing budgets effectively to maximise performance
- Monitoring vehicle logistics, customer agreements, and operational processes
- Delivering excellent customer service that drives repeat business and referrals
What we’re looking for in a Rental Manager?:
- Previous experience in vehicle rental, fleet management, or a related automotive role
- Outgoing and personable, confident networking and building relationships
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on hitting financial targets
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional, approachable manner
