Summary
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a dealership located in Croydon.
Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £34,000, with OTE reaching £37,500
- Sign-On Bonus: £1,500 including: £750 on joining, £250 upon brand accreditation & £500 after 12 months of service
- Additional basic pay per month for MOT-qualified technicians
- Company Car Scheme: Access up to two company-branded vehicles, including insurance, servicing, breakdown, and tyre cover
- Performance-based bonuses and rewards
- Generous pension contributions up to 7%
- 42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota
- Holidays starting at 22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service
- Additional employee benefits including discount portal, employee assistance programme, occupational health support, personal accident insurance, and more
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
Requirements:
- A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.

The salary of this role is up to £34000 basic with OTE of £37500.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 42.5-hour week Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a 1 in 3 morning rota.
