Join one of the UK's largest food manufacturers who nurture an exclusive workforce that's happy, healthy, safe and souper.
We are seeking High Risk Operatives who will be responsible for performing tasks that require attention to detail, manual dexterity and physical stamina.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the transfer of both hot and cold soups and sauces into the correct packaging.
Conducting checks on key machinery in your area.
Ensure food quality, safety and hygiene standards are complied with.
Working with hazardous materials, machinery, and equipment and will be required to follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Have an in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process and factory equipment.
Basic English and Maths skills.
Knowledge of computers and SAP would be an advantage.
Able to work as part of a team.
Able to use own initiative.
Ideally you will have knowledge of Machine operating e.g. pot fillers, checkweighers and metal detectors however full training will be provided.
The shift pattern is two days (06:00-18:00), two nights (18:00-06:00), with four days off.
