Summary
CLEANING SUPERVISOR - HEALTHCARE
Salary: £13.36 per hour (Saturday £20.04 per hour & Sundays £26.72 per hour)
Working Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 36.75 hours per week
Week one:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday between 07:00 and 15:00
Week Two:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday between 11:00 and 19:00 and Friday between 07:00 and 19:00
Location: Julian Hospital, Norwich, NR2 3TD
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor on a full-time, permanent basis based in Norwich.
We are seeking experienced supervisors who are excellent communicators, great at problem solving, and excel at teamwork. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop where you will be responsible for the planning, supervision and control of the day-to-day Healthcare Cleaning Services, ensuring that service delivery meets with the required service standards within designated areas of control.
Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and monitor the cleaning services team.
Oversee shift and work patterns to meet fluctuating staff levels.
Respond to customer enquiries and complaints.
Supervise the monitoring and maintenance of cleaning stock levels.
Support the team with cleaning duties where required.
Experience of working or volunteering in a Mental Health environment would be an advantage.
