Children and Young People’s Occupational Therapist - Band 5
Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH)is looking for a skilledOccupational Therapistto join our established team in Inner North West London.
We are committed to delivering high-quality, clinically reasoned services that enhance the engagement, performance, and independence of children and young people aged 0-18. This is a vital community-based role where you will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other services to help clients achieve meaningful outcomes.
The position involves providing assessment and intervention across a range of environments, including home, school, nursery, and clinic settings, allowing you to have a direct impact on the lives of those we serve.
• Providing a high quality paediatric occupational therapy service to a caseload of children and young people with mild to moderate functional needs impacting their participation in activities of daily living
• Carrying out specific assessments and interventions with children and young people as delegated by a senior Occupational Therapist.
• Carrying a caseload and work independently in a variety of settings, to support children and young people’s occupational therapy needs as appropriate.
• Ensuring they embody CLCH NHS Trust’s vision and values on inclusion, equality and diversity
