Job Introduction
Ensuring laundry deliveries are received, checked, and distributed across wards and departments.
Maintaining agreed stock levels of clean linen and responding quickly to emergency requests.
Collecting and sealing used linen for safe processing.
Completing accurate records and paperwork to support hospital operations.
Supporting wider portering duties when required – including transporting specimens, goods, medical gases, and equipment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow schedules.
Flexible, reliable, and motivated with a professional approach.
Willingness to work unsocial hours as part of a rotating shift pattern.
