Summary
Landlord Services are looking for a full-time business support assistant to provide administrative support to the housing management teams.
The role provides general administrative support for the tenancy, anti-social behaviour, and tenancy support teams. As well as undertaking this the role also includes supporting the income team with the universal credit verification process.
Previous experience in a customer focused role, working with minimal direction and the ability to balance competing priorities is required. You should also be comfortable communicating with customers, colleagues, and contractors by phone and email.
Significant administration experience in a busy office environment and experience of working with IT is required.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and continuous service improvement is essential.
