A long-established and highly reputable luxury kitchen manufacturer is looking for a Spray Finisher / Timber Component Preparer to join their skilled team at their modern finishing plant in Sidcup.

The Spray Finisher / Timer Preparer Role:
As part of the finishing team, you will:
• Spray finish furniture components in 2-pack paint/lacquer finishes.
• Sand, prepare, and assemble units in solid timber, veneer, and MDF-based materials.
• Work to the highest quality standards with a keen eye for detail.
• Follow work instructions and paint colour referencing.
• Support production schedules and be flexible with overtime when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience using spray equipment and sanding tools in a finishing plant (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• The ability to read and follow technical drawings and instructions.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment as part of a collaborative team.
