We are looking for a Retail Team Member to join our amazing team in Central London. Job Description
We are looking for an individual that can provide excellent customer service and proactively work towards exceeding expectations in all that you do, assisting with various front of house tasks and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients. An individual that provides a passion for delivering excellent hospitality, going above and beyond to create an excellent standard of service for our customers and clients.
- Providing an excellent standard of customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
- Being customer focused at all times by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling client needs.
- Assisting with food and service preparation as required, ensuring all counters are fully stocked throughout the service.
- Keeping the restaurant and BOH areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of food products sold throughout the restaurant.
- Accurately handle sales and transactions.
- Use initiative to do what is necessary and do not wait to be told/asked.
- Assisting in stock take as required.
- Assist in collection and distribution of client food deliveries.
- Communicate regularly with Restaurant Manager to address any concerns, and implement improvements as requested.
- Ensure all Health & Safety and Food Safety policies, procedures, and protocols are adhered to. Advise clients with allergens to Allergen Champions.
- Ensure due diligence and all accidents are reported to Restaurant Manager to escalate.
- Adhere to any rotas/schedules laid down by Management.
- Assist in working as One Team, projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients.
- Ensure all training courses are completed at all times, avoiding overdue deadlines and take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of your line manager and/or relevant mentor.
