Position Details:
- Location: Hyde
- Salary: £14.00 - £16.00 per hour (Open to negotiation.)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Working on Sundays from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
About the Role: As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy. Your leadership will be key in managing stock levels, coordinating logistics, and supervising warehouse staff to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing training and guidance
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock control
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Optimise warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in warehousing
