Hello, I’m S and visit the Riddrievale House Project.
I enjoy staying here as I get to go out on day trips to the seaside, safari and lots of other enjoyable places. We have lots of fun in the project with themed nights and discos where we get to play games and dance to music.
Our Riddrievale House Project is based in the Riddrie area of Glasgow. Riddrievale House provides short break respite for up to nine adults, in a comfortable, relaxing environment. When people come to stay with us, they are on holiday, and we try to make it as fun as possible.
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team within our Riddrievale House Project. The successful candidate will be required to provide comprehensive administration support to the Registered Service Manager and Team Leaders which ensures high quality, person-centred service provision. This includes taking the lead in developing administrative systems that are reflective of the needs of the service and the people we support.
You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel.
An Administration qualification or previous administration experience is required. We offer excellent support and training.

We value our staff very highly. Alongside competitive terms and conditions we also offer membership of both an employee benefits scheme and a credit union, plus numerous training and development opportunities.
Appointments are made subject to satisfactory membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and appropriate checks.
