Our state-of-the-art unit offers comprehensive care for sick new-borns, featuring:
• 9 Intensive Care Cots
• 9 High Dependency Cots
• 19 Special Care Cots
• 4 Transitional Care Cots

Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference during one of life's most challenging moments? We are seeking a dedicated Post Holder to lead and support our neonatal and multidisciplinary teams in providing compassionate, evidence-based care for families experiencing loss.
In this vital role, you'll:
• Guide and support families through confidential, memory-making experiences during grief and bereavement
• Act as a compassionate role model, educator, and mentor for staff and students, fostering a culture of best practice
• Promote a supportive environment where families feel cared for and remembered with dignity
• Utilise your expertise to influence and improve care standards, ensuring that every family receives the highest quality support
