Summary
A stunning 15 bedroom hotel near Sutton Coldfield with stunning event space is on the lookout for a Head Chef to lead and push the food which is at 2aa Rosette level food.
Food is completely bespoke to the client and will range from fine dining – street food and intimate private dining dinners for 10 – 100 cover weddings.
VERY IMPORTANT – This is a 12 month contract
