Commercial Conveyancing Lawyer needed in Lincoln Paying £20.85 per hr ref OR12950
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities- Handle a full range of commercial conveyancing work, primarily landlord and tenant matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Manage the sale and purchase of land, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and associated documentation.
- Provide legal advice on property transactions and tenancy agreements.
- Potential involvement in residential conveyancing, excluding Right to Buy (RTB) cases
