We’re looking for a Regional Manager to join us on that journey. This role is about more than just day-to-day responsibilities, it’s about shaping how we inspire our customers, support our stores, and grow our community of adventurers. The role covers our Midlands region, so we’re looking for candidates based around Birmingham, Northampton, Leicester, or Peterborough.

What you’ll be doing
- Inspiring and leading regional and store teams to deliver exceptional results and bring our brand promise to life
- Developing talent and future leaders, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence while ensuring outstanding customer experiences
- Championing visual merchandising standards and using insights to continually enhance performance
- Being visible across stores, supporting teams, managing performance, and celebrating achievements
- Communicating clearly and impactfully, using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive engagement
- Collaborating across functions to deliver the region’s commercial vision
We’re looking for someone who
- Leads and supports teams, with experience in multi-store or area management
- Works with integrity and a values-driven approach, representing COG and our retail teams
- Communicates clearly and motivates others, building support and commitment across the business
- Plans and organises work well, paying attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Solves problems and uses data to make smart, practical decisions
- Works collaboratively, creating a culture of honesty, openness, and trust
- Is confident using retail systems and everyday office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Encourages and develops others, helping everyone perform at their best while supporting our mission and values
