Summary
Support Worker (BD18 – JE)
4 Hours per week
£12.21 Per hour
I am looking for a warm, friendly and reliable PA to support my 13-year-old. He is funny and engaging. He enjoys being active, helpful and having jobs to do.
I am looking for someone to spend time with him engaging in activities such as off-road cycling, Go Karting, exercising and going to the cinema.
You will need to be able to develop reciprocal, equal relationships with young people. Encourage and support him to participate in his activities and be part of his team. You will be patient, reliable and trustworthy. Experience of supporting young people with additional needs would be beneficial but it is more important that you are warm, understanding, able to develop a good relationship with him and role model being an imperfectly perfect person.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in his life by helping him build confidence, develop social skills, and engage in activities he enjoys.
