Summary

Production Operative

Hours: 37.5 per week (5 shifts over 7)
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Location: Tewkesbury

Workforce Staffing is looking for Production Operatives to join our established client in Tewkesbury. This is a great opportunity to start a career in food production. Full training is provided, and there are opportunities to grow and develop within the role.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Packing finished products ready for distribution
• Keeping high standards of hygiene and quality
• Following health & safety and food safety procedures
• Supporting your team and helping with general production tasks

About you:

• Reliable and hardworking with a good eye for detail
• Able to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit (some manual handling involved)
• Willing to complete Level 2 Food Safety training (provided)
• (Desirable) Previous experience in food production or manufacturing
