Packhouse Team Leader
__ Location: Evesham
__ Hours: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
__ Pay: ?12.65 per hour during a 3-month probation period (rate reviewed after probation)
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our busy packhouse team in Evesham. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Multipond vertical lines and be confident leading a team to achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and supervise a packhouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
. Operate and oversee the Multipond vertical line, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime
. Monitor production quality and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
. Coordinate staff rotas and allocate tasks to meet demand
. Train and support team members to achieve best performance
Requirements:
. Proven experience working in a packhouse environment
. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Multipond vertical lines
. Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role
. Ability to work 45 hours per week (5 days out of 7, including weekends as required)
. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
