Summary
The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting the HAAS Recruitment team with a wide range of activities that supports delivering high quality, volume and specialist recruits into our business. The role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast environment and requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with an emphasis on multitasking on a wide variety of recruitment and offer management talent related tasks.
What you'll be doing as a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Response management of recruitment queries from candidates.
- Interview scheduling and management.
- Maintaining relevant reports and trackers.
- Partnering with team members to maintain recruitment processes, policies and procedures in recruitment activities and offer processes.
- Maintain all metrics trackers to ensure all SLAs are met.
- Champion new joiner experience, ensuring everyone is treated equally & promptly, across all areas of the recruitment process including scheduling, answering questions and providing updates.
- Champion the Diversity & Inclusion agenda by ensuring our Ingeus D&I and Social Responsibility is at the heart of everything we do.
- Lead by example, promoting the Ingeus core values and best practices.
- Be an ambassador of our Ingeus brand reputation and EVP.
Previous experience and strengths we're looking for:
- Experience of working within a forward-thinking, fast-paced Recruitment or Talent Acquisition team.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Team Player - willing to step in and support colleagues at peak times, with flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
- Excellent computer literacy skills using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and be methodical and results oriented.
Desirable:
- Previous experience of working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
