The University of Plymouth offers excellent career development and progression, alongside a strong commitment to placing students at the heart of everything we do.

Over the past six years, Student Services has reshaped how we deliver support and advice. At the centre of this is the Student Hub - a welcoming first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries, including finance, international student support wellbeing, disability support, student conduct and learning development.

We are seeking a confident, organised and adaptable individual with proven experience managing in a busy customer service environment. You will bring strong communication skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team, combining operational oversight with a passion for delivering a positive student experience.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will need to be comfortable prioritising and problem-solving under pressure, while keeping student wellbeing and success at the forefront of your work.
