Support Worker - 4 Trinity Court (£15,513)We currently have an opportunity for a part time (22.5 hours) Support Worker at our registered care home, Trinity Court 4, in Aylesbury. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and seeing the difference their support can make to enable individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives.4 Trinity Court is a registered residential care home supporting 6 individuals with learning disabilities, providing 24/7 care across a wide range of support needs in all aspects of the resident’s lives.
